My wife ordered this and I thought it was another one of those natural remedy things that sounds good but does nothing. My son has had it behind his knees for two years. I was nervous about putting something made from beef tallow on my baby's face. I kept imagining it smelling like a roast. It doesn't. It smells faintly like honey and that's it. My 4 month old has had facial eczema since birth and after 2 weeks of using this morning and night her skin is smoother than it has ever been.

The first two weeks I saw no difference and almost gave up. My son's eczema on his arms was still pretty bad. Something told me to stick with it and by week three something shifted. The patches started shrinking. Now at week five they are almost gone. If you are in week one or two and doubting it just keep going.
